Terms of Service

1. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be 13+ (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
• Pro upgrades require a valid email and payment method via Stripe. You're responsible for account security – no sharing.

2. Free Trial

Pro subscriptions include a 7-day free trial:

• Duration: 7 days from activation
• Features: Full access to all 46 savage text features
• Usage: Unlimited strikes during trial
• Payment: No credit card required to start trial
• After Trial: Subscribe to continue unlimited access

4. Feature Access

• Free users: Limited to features 1-8
• Pro users: Full access to all 46 savage text features
• We may update features, pricing, or discontinue at any time (with notice for paid users).

5. User Content & Conduct

• You own your inputs (pasted messages); we own nothing. Outputs are yours to use, but you're liable for them (e.g., no illegal/harassing strikes).
• Don't: Reverse-engineer, spam APIs, or violate laws/platforms (X, TikTok, etc.). We can ban violators without refund.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

• Billed monthly ($9.99) or yearly ($99.99) via Stripe; includes 7-day free trial.
• No refunds (except legal requirements). Cancel anytime via Manage Billing.
• Taxes: Your responsibility.

7. Intellectual Property

• Service (code, designs) is ours – you get a limited license for personal use.
• AI outputs: Non-exclusive, revocable license; no resale as "your" IP.

8. Disclaimers & Liability

• AS-IS: No warranties – AI can hallucinate or flop. Use at your risk (e.g., bad roasts = your bad).
• Limitation: Max liability = 1 month's fees. No indirect damages.
• Indemnity: You cover us for your misuse.

9. Termination

• We can suspend/terminate for violations. You can delete anytime.
• Post-termination: Access ends; data deleted (see Privacy Policy).

10. Governing Law

New Jersey law applies; disputes in New Jersey state or federal courts.

11. Changes

We update Terms anytime – check back. Continued use = acceptance.
